I work with couples at many different stages of their relationship, including:
. Newly married/partnered couples wanting help with their communication
. Couples who have been together many years who want to change longstanding dynamics
. Couples contemplating separation/divorce who need help figuring out what to do
In facilitating this work, I employ a variety of approaches, drawing on my training in Psychoanalysis, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Some couples find that all they need is a few sessions to sort out their issues; other couples use the counseling for short term help or for on-going support.
